About AgentsFlowAI
AgentsFlowAI provides AI automation services including strategy consultation, chatbot development, and workflow automation to businesses. By engaging with our services or booking a call through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
Strategy calls
Strategy calls booked via our website are free, non-binding initial consultations. The purpose of a strategy call is to understand your business needs and explore whether there is a suitable engagement for AgentsFlowAI to assist you. Booking or attending a strategy call does not create any contractual obligation on either party.
Engagements and agreements
Any work carried out by AgentsFlowAI beyond an initial strategy call will be subject to a separate written agreement outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms specific to that engagement. No work will commence without a written agreement in place.
Payment
Payment terms are defined on a per-engagement basis in the written agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the specific deliverables agreed in writing transfers to the client. AgentsFlowAI retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, methods, templates, and tools used in the delivery of services. Nothing in any engagement grants the client rights to AgentsFlowAI's proprietary processes or general-purpose tools.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation continues for two years after the end of any engagement. Where a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place, that agreement governs.
No guarantee of outcomes
AgentsFlowAI will apply reasonable skill and care in delivering services. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance improvements. Results depend on factors including your business, team adoption, and third-party tools, which are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentsFlowAI's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
Third-party tools and platforms
Our services may involve integration with or configuration of third-party tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and others. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and conditions. AgentsFlowAI is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or pricing changes of third-party platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
